Joel Greenberg, O.D. earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. Before joining Cornerstone Eye Associates, Dr. Greenberg practiced optometry in Rochester.

Dr. Greenberg’s commitment to serve his community is evident by his many certifications: he is a New York State licensed optician and is certified by New York in Diagnostic Pharmaceuticals, the International Association of Boards and Examiners in Optometry in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and became a Diplomate of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

As well as staying active in his community, Dr. Greenberg likes to stay active physically by running 5 miles a day and was president of the Rochester Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. He also enjoyed 3 years as the host of a WHAM radio show that allowed the public to call in with eye related questions.
